So you haven’t got any football to watch: 25 great non-final Champions League games

Welcome to another of our lovely round-ups. A couple of things before we start: this is not necessarily a comprehensive selection, just a collection of games that we enjoyed and sprung to mind with this idea. It’s also not ranked: it’s arranged in (roughly) chronological order. And yes, we are aware that there was a pretty prestigious European competition before 1992, but it does serve as a handy cut-off point and any footage from before that starts to get a little more difficult to find. If you give us a few suggestions, we may even do a pre-1992 compilation.
Finally, if it’s just finals you’re after, you great glory-hunter, then can we interest you in every final ever, dating back to 1956?
Enjoy. And if you have any suggestions for future compilations, either tweet us @TheTotallyShow or email our editor Nick Miller on Nick@MuddyKneesMedia.com.
